Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with GL, close, reconciliations.
• Experience supporting audits or audit readiness is required.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets with supporting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Audit support and readiness: respond to auditor requests and coordinate materials.
• Month-end close: prepare journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and schedules.
• Improve close accuracy, timeliness, and reporting; resolve discrepancies.
• Accounting operations: assist with inventory management processes and documentation.
