The ideal candidate has 2+ years of accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.

Formación

• 2+ years of accounting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, or Sage preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and post journal entries accurately and timely.
• Perform monthly bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities as needed.
• Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with management reporting.
• Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation.
• Track and maintain fixed asset schedules.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues.
• Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives.
