• Experience with automated accounting systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and balance general ledger integration files (licensing, daily activity, etc.).
• Prepare and maintain accounting and financial reports (AR, AP, revenue, expenses).
• Maintain records for miscellaneous deposits.
• Process licensing refunds and voids.
• Prepare and post monthly journal entries into the automated accounting system.
• Research and resolve moderate accounting discrepancies.
• Assist with monthly financial close and preparation of schedules.
• Track, monitor, and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Support accounting system implementations or conversions as needed.
• Respond to internal inquiries and provide financial information as requested.

Purpose of the Job
