Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated with the ability to learn new processes quickly.
• We will train you on our close process and provide growth into accruals and more complex accounts.
• Interacts with senior management, requiring professionalism and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Month End Close: Prepare monthly close journal entries and reconciliations.
• Cash: Record daily cash activity and perform bank reconciliations across entities/currencies.
• Check Deposits: Deposit checks by mail and record them in the system.
• Prepaids/Leases: Maintain prepaid schedules, amortization, and lease accounting.
• Accounts Payable: Code vendor invoices to correct GL accounts.
• Corporate Cards: Reconcile monthly cards with receipts and approvals.
• Accounts Receivable: Prepare recurring invoices and reconcile receivables.
• Variance Analysis & Self-Review: Investigate variances; explain unusual balances.
• Audit/Tax Support: Prepare support for audits and assist with regulatory research.
• AI Workflows: Build and improve AI workflows for close processes.
