Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite preferred; AI tools helpful.
• Location: must be able to work in the Fullerton, CA office.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Month End Close: prepare close journal entries and reconciliations.
• Cash: record daily activity and perform bank reconciliations.
• Check deposits: record and process received checks.
• Prepaids/Leases: maintain schedules and amortization.
• Accounts Payable: code invoices to GL accounts accurately.
• Corporate Cards: reconcile and follow up on receipts.
• Accounts Receivable: invoice customers and reconcile receivables.
• Variance Analysis: review and explain variances monthly.
• Audit/Tax: aid audit requests and regulatory research.
• AI Workflows: build and maintain AI workflows for close processes.
