Outdoor Environments Group is hiring a Staff Accountant to manage timely client invoicing, payments and cost coding across construction, design and maintenance teams. You will partner with project managers to verify billing data, prepare invoices and reimbursables, and support ad-hoc reports.

A strong eye for detail, communication skills and proficiency with NetSuite and MS Office are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of experience producing contract specific invoices.
• Exceptional writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with NetSuite, ZenDesk or FormStack is a plus.
• Knowledge of landscape, construction, or design industry processes helpful.

Aufgaben

• Process client invoices and payments accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to gather costing details for invoicing.
• Maintain timely collection reports and follow up with clients and vendors.
• Prepare client reimbursable expense invoices and QA/QC review of communications.
• Support ad-hoc reports and special projects for business priorities.
• Assist with process improvements of office systems (NetSuite, LMN, MS Office).
