Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a financial/accounting professional to join our team in Illinois. The role focuses on cash reconciliations, monthly schedules, fixed asset records, and intercompany accounting activities.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of related experience (or a high school diploma with 5–7+ years) and may benefit from a Master’s degree or CPA. The position carries a comprehensive benefits package and potential travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5–7+ years of specific experience.
• Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile cash accounts to bank statements on a daily basis
• Prepare miscellaneous month end financial schedules and reports
• Maintain Fixed Assets Records including acquisitions, dispositions, and asset verification audits
• Understand and ensure accurate completion of A/R, A/P, settlement, cash, and inventory functions
• Prepare monthly brewery filings for rebates and reconcile monthly intercompany accounting cross charges
• Assist with quarterly balance sheet reporting and year-end audit process
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule which may require weekend and/or evening work and periodic travel
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Education

Bachelor's Degree / High School Diploma with related experience

Master’s Degree or CPA (preferred)
