Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is hiring for a full-time financial role in the United States. Responsibilities include reconciling cash accounts, preparing month-end schedules, maintaining fixed assets, and ensuring accurate A/R, A/P, settlement, cash, and inventory processes.

Travel and weekend/evening work may be required. Candidate needs aBachelor's degree with 2–4 years of related experience or an HS diploma with 5–7+ years of experience; Master’s or CPA is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years related experience, or HS diploma with 5–7+ years specific experience.

Responsabilidades

• Reconcile cash accounts to bank statements on a daily basis
• Prepare miscellaneous month end financial schedules and reports
• Maintain Fixed Assets Records including acquisitions, dispositions, and asset verification audits
• Understand and ensure accurate completion of A/R, A/P, settlement, cash, and inventory functions
• Prepare monthly brewery filings for rebates and reconcile monthly intercompany accounting cross charges
• Assist with quarterly balance sheet reporting and year-end audit process
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule which may require weekend and/or evening work and periodic travel
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Educación

Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience

Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
