Graycor Family of Companies seeks a Staff Accountant to record and maintain financial transactions across the full accounting cycle. You will contribute to accurate month-end close, depreciation, fixed assets, and lease accounting in a hands-on environment.

The role emphasizes GAAP compliance, data integrity, and collaboration with audit requests. Strong Excel skills, 2 years of accounting experience, and confidential handling of information are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• CPA desirable as an extra credential.
• 2 years of general accounting experience including reconciliations and balance sheet review.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with common software.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsabilités

• Ensures accounting transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
• Tracks fixed assets, posts depreciation, and prepares reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Maintains lease balances and prepares monthly postings per GAAP.
• Manages leasing system per FASB rules; reconciles and investigates issues.
• Supports audit requests and ensures data integrity for close processes.
• Maintains company credit card program and manages Concur/Uber access.
• Collaborates across teams to drive improvements and ensures compliance.
