Job summary

Wicked Staffing Solutions seeks a full-time Bookkeeper / Staff Accountant for a Nashua, NH firm client. You will handle sales entry, AP, AR, payroll, and general accounting, using QuickBooks desktop and online.

Work five days at the office with a strong emphasis on accuracy, communication, and client service. An associate degree in accounting or 3–5 years of experience is preferred; opportunities for growth and professional development are available.

Qualifications

• At least an associate degree in accounting, or 3–5 years bookkeeping/accounting experience.
• Proficient in QuickBooks desktop and online; payroll and payroll tax reporting experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage a heavy workload with multiple clients; work at the Nashua office five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Perform Sales entry, A/P, A/R, general accounting, data entry.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile A/R, fixed assets, A/P, loans, 401(k), sales taxes and payroll detail.
• Reconcile credit card transactions and bank statements; prepare miscellaneous journal entries.
• Produce accurate, timely work with minimal supervision; interact with clients via email/phone/in person.
• Manage a heavy workload with multiple clients at one time.
