Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and Desktop.
• Strong accounting and analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage tasks with accounting best practices to prioritize work.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accounting write-ups and analyze/communicate results to Management.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and other account reconciliations.
• Contribute to various special projects for Management.
