Job summary

AllTek Staffing & Resource Group, Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant to support daily accounting operations, contract setup, and customer billing on an onsite basis.

You will review contracts for billing requirements and ensure invoices align with terms and company policies. Ideal candidates have strong Microsoft Office skills, a solid understanding of accounting processes, and experience with contract management.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with contract management and billing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting operations including contract setup and customer billing.
• Review contracts for billing requirements, pricing, and invoicing accuracy.
• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices per contract terms and policies.
• Monitor billing activities, investigate discrepancies, and resolve variances.
• Assist with internal and external audits with documentation, schedules, and explanations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
• Prepare and file accounting and reporting forms efficiently.
