Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Experience handling highly confidential information is preferred.
• Public company experience is a plus.

• Working knowledge of travel industry.
• Strong computer/MS Office skills.

Responsabilités

• General Ledger Management: maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Financial Reporting: prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP-compliant statements.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: oversee invoicing, payments, and collections.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: assist in budgets and forecasts with analysis.
• Compliance: ensure SOX compliance and governmental requirements; support internal controls.
• Process Improvement: identify and implement accounting process improvements.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: coordinate with other departments for accurate data flow.
• Special Projects: contribute financial expertise to special initiatives.
