NetJets, the global private aviation leader, seeks a Staff Accountant to support the Accounting team with journal entries, reconciliations, and close processes. The role emphasizes adherence to U.S. GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley controls, and collaboration across departments.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and CPA preference, with 2–4 years of experience. Excel proficiency and ERP experience (Dynamics GP) are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
• Strong Excel skills and financial data analysis.
• Public accounting and/or corporate accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and record business transactions for U.S.-based companies.
• Ensure monthly/quarterly close and regulatory compliance.
• Perform technical accounting research and provide guidance to stakeholders.
• Support process improvement initiatives.
