Job summary

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Staff Accountant in its Northern California region (Porsche Marin/Audi Marin/VW Marin). The role requires at least five years of automotive industry experience, and fluency with Tekion, CDK or DMS systems, plus strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience with Tekion, CDK, DMS is required.
• High degree of professionalism and pride in work product.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with management at multiple levels.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bank reconciliations and GL postings.
• Reconcile bank statements and process vehicle floor plans.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and ad hoc reporting.
• Assist with warranty remittance and related closeout tasks.
• Coordinate with office staff and act as backup during peak periods.
