Responsibilities

• Move, organize, stage, and maintain vehicle inventory across the lot and showrooms.
• Prepare vehicles for deliveries, photos, displays, and test drives.
• Inspect vehicles for damage prior to delivery and report findings to management.
• Receive vehicles from transportation companies and process related paperwork.
• Help ensure inventory is accurately represented online and in dealership systems.
• Assist managers with inventory audits, physical inventory, vehicle locations, keys, and documentation.
• Support the acquisition of pre-owned vehicles by researching vehicles and assisting with the buying process.
• Move dealership vehicles with care and responsibility.
• Learn and utilize dealership inventory, appraisal, and CRM software.
• Check keys in and out of the appropriate key box machine.
• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
