Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Generate customer invoices, apply payments, and manage aging reports and collections.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to research and resolve customer account discrepancies.
• Compile, input, and process payroll weekly to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
• Support month-end closing processes, including inventory reconciliation, job closures, and journal entries.
• Perform product and customer margin analysis and produce related reports.
• Assist with data validation during system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
