Job summary

Jenne, Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant to support accurate financial reporting through general ledger analysis, journal entry preparation, and month-end close activities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate financial data and strengthen accounting processes. The role offers exposure to ERP systems, financial reporting, and operational finance workflows, with a strong emphasis on controls and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
• 1–2 years of experience or internship is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Analyze general ledger activity and variances, providing explanations.
• Prepare, validate and post journal entries for daily reporting and month-end close.
• Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations with supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with non-Accounting teams to obtain and reconcile information for accurate entries and reporting.
• Support ERP implementation activities with process documentation and data validation.
• Assist with audits by preparing analyses, schedules and documentation.
