Insight Global is seeking a hands-on Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and the month-end close for a rapidly growing logistics organization in Illinois. The role focuses on AR and cash management, posting receipts, reconciliations, and assisting with the general ledger and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in accounting and 3+ years' experience, including NetSuite expertise; strong Excel skills and effective communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience including AR and GL.
• Prior NetSuite experience required.
• Strong reconciliations and month-end close knowledge.
• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Support Accounts Receivable & Cash Management for the division.
• Post daily customer cash receipts and remittances.
• Investigate unapplied cash and payment discrepancies.
• Monitor customer accounts and perform collections as needed.
• Communicate with customers on outstanding balances and statements.
• Prepare and review aging reports and reconciliations.
• Assist with billing support and GL close activities.
• Prepare journal entries and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Support external audits and documentation requests.
