Missoula Bone & Joint, LLC in Missoula, MT is seeking a full-time Staff Accountant - Accounts Payable. This on-site role processes invoices, payments, and reimbursements, using QuickBooks or NetSuite, with a schedule of 8:00am–5:00pm, 36–40 hours per week.

The position offers competitive pay ($28.00–$37.00 per hour) and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), Life, HSA, PTO, and more. Prior experience in medical office accounting is a plus.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or business-related fields.
• Knowledge of accounts payable and payroll processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite) and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Process invoices and receipts into AP systems (QuickBooks/Netsuite).
• Prepare check requests, coding, posting, EFT, and filing payments.
• Manage vendor records and coordinate payments; reconcile credit card statements.
• Maintain petty cash and process refunds and deposits.
• Assist with monthly closing, financial reports, and budget prep.

Educación

Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in accounting, finance, or business-related studies preferred
