Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Training or courses in business office activities are required.
• Strong ethical and moral character is essential.

Responsibilities

• Establish payment plans with self-pay balances and post payments.
• Handle patient inquiries regarding balances after insurance processing.
• Refer complex questions to AR Supervisor or Insurance Specialists.
• Process statements, refunds, and account adjustments as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all account activity and confidentiality.
