The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, accounting experience, and strong Microsoft Office skills to assist with month-end close and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Previous accounting experience preferred.
• Moderate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices and support AP automation improvements.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and assist with month-end close.
• Prepare and file monthly sales and use tax returns.
• Perform daily banking activities and reconciliations.
• Assist with customer account inquiries and posting payments.
• Support the Standard Air Strategic Plan.
