Qualifications

• 1+ years accounting experience or strong internships.
• Ability to work well with a team to meet goals and deadlines.
• Ability to sort through data and present it clearly highlighting issues and actions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial reporting.
• Assist in the budget planning process.
• Assist with AP/AR and payroll processing, including bi-weekly payroll.
• Prepare journal entries, recurring entries, and expense accruals.
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations and assist with month-end close.
• Oversee the employee expense reimbursement process.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and other related duties.
