Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience in AP/AR or general ledger.
• Manufacturing experience preferred; knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts.
• Process customer invoices and apply payments.
• Review shipped-not-billed items and resolve discrepancies.
• Support audits, financial reporting, and special projects.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
