Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Manufacturing experience OR internship experience within a manufacturing environment required
• 1-3 years of accounting experience (internships included)
• Exposure to inventory, cost accounting, or operational accounting strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP fundamentals
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus (SAP, Oracle, JDE, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations on a recurring basis
• Assist with inventory accounting, including reconciliations, tracking, and variance analysis
• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as needed
• Support internal and external audit requests by preparing documentation and schedules
• Contribute to process improvements and strengthening internal controls
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports and assist with analysis projects

Compensation and Work Schedule:

• $70,000 - $85,000 (depending on experience)
