Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 2–5+ years of staff accounting/finance experience.
• Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting software.
• Ability to analyze data and reconcile accounts.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and posts journal entries, accruals, and adjustments with supporting documentation.
• Supports monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
• Performs account reconciliations and researches discrepancies.
• Provides accounts payable support including invoice entry and vendor research.
• Assists with recurring reporting and data extraction for management review.
• Supports manufacturing cost accounting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
