Job summary

Invision Sally Jobe, part of Radiology Imaging Associates, is seeking a Staff Accountant in Englewood, CO to join our in-office finance team. You will process journal entries, maintain the general ledger, and support month-end close under the Assistant Controller.

The role requires 1–2 years of accounting experience, Excel expertise, and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and SAP Concur. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of accounting experience required.

• Familiarity with SAP Concur preferred.
• Detail oriented with strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in multi-location, healthcare, or physician enterprise environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply an understanding of accounting principles in performance of general journal/ledger entries, financial recordings, and reconciliations.
• Calculate, create, and post transactions into general ledger accounts.
• Assist with reconciling general ledger accounts.
• Assist and prepare documentation for Senior Accountants.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
• Identify errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist with external audits where needed.
• Liaise with finance, revenue cycle, and operations to improve financial procedures.
• Assist with physician Expense Allowance of reviewing and approving transactions.
• Prepare and post daily bank activity.
• Assist with 1099 preparation.
• Assist with Sales and Use Tax for cities and state.
• Assist AP/AR with inputting invoices into accounting software.
• Other duties as assigned.

This role is 100% in-office in Englewood, CO. Local candidates only.

Radiology Imaging Associates (RIA) is a private radiology practice with over 100 radiologists serving 10 hospitals across Colorado. We also provide diagnostic services at more than 40 locations throughout Colorado and Hawaii.

RIA is dedicated to delivering high-quality, specialty-based diagnostic imaging, image-guided therapy, and associated medical care. We operate Invision Sally Jobe (ISJ), a network of 12 outpatient imaging centers in South Denver, offering a wide range of exams using state-of-the-art equipment.

Position Summary

Supervisory Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

Experience in multi-location, healthcare, or physician enterprise environments preferred.

Minimum of 1-2 years of accounting experience required

Experience with Microsoft Business Central preferred

Familiarity with SAP Concur preferred

The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $31.25 to $36.00 hourly depending upon qualifications.

In accordance with Colorado law, the range provided is Radiology Imaging Associate’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role, and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position will accept applications on an ongoing basis and will remain open until filled.
