Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the firm’s general ledger by ensuring journal entries are recorded accurately and on time.
• Perform bank reconciliations and analyze variances in the GL.
• Prepare financial statements and periodic reports for management.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Process accounts payable invoices, expenses, and credit card charges.
• Oversee cash receipts, including wires, ACH, and credit card transactions.
• Assist with additional accounting functions such as processing and reconciling deposits, receipts and disbursements.
