We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our client's high-performing team. You'll gain exposure to a broad range of responsibilities, sharpen your technical skills, and help build scalable processes in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with accuracy and attention to detail
Prepare journal entries, accruals, and other month-end adjustments
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes
Prepare and analyze financial reports to support leadership
Perform bank reconciliations and help monitor cash flow
Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes
Support both internal and external audits with timely documentation
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
Help identify and implement process improvements as the business scales

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
0–2 years of accounting experience (internships and public accounting experience a plus)
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets
Organized, curious, and eager to learn
Team player with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills
