JOB SUMMARY:

The Staff Accountant I, General Ledger Accountant, supports all businesses within Sage. Responsibilities include recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering financial transactions, managing the general ledger, preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing. Supports financial reporting and audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• This is a Fully Remote position but must live in Massachusetts or New Hampshire
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 4-8 years of experience in General Ledger Management
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation

• Multi-entity financial management
• Experience with healthcare accounting is helpful
• Ability to analyze multi-entity financial data
