Job description

A global, industry-leading company has an opening for a Staff Accountant to join their team in a Remote capacity. The Staff Accountant will report to the Sr. Accounting Manager and have the primary responsibility of preparing and posting journal entries to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The Staff Accountant will also get involved with performing account reconciliations to maintain integrity and accuracy of financial records.

Up to $35/hr DOE.

Job Description:

• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Perform account reconciliations to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Scrub accounts and review agreements to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with financial and contractual standards.

Job Requirements:

• Experience with preparing journal entries, account maintenance, and reviewing financial agreements.
• Proficiency with large ERP systems; experience with Oracle is a plus.
