Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide accounting support across multiple entities, contributing to accurate financial reporting and financial statement preparation.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, vendor payments, and related documentation.
• Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Reconcile bank accounts, debt agreements, and revenue and expense accounts.
• Support fixed asset accounting, including asset tracking and construction-in-progress activities.
• Assist with month-end close procedures and audit preparation.
• Prepare financial, accounting, and administrative reports as needed.
• Maintain data accuracy across ERP systems and accounting platforms.
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and variances.
• Support internal and external reporting requirements and special projects as assigned.
