The Staff Accountant will work closely with the Controller to ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial records and support the overall accounting functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience required.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and general ledger expertise.
• Proficiency in journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Advanced Excel and experience with accounting software/ERP.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Perform account and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and integrity.
• Support financial reporting and audit activities.
• Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed asset accounts.
• Analyze variances and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Assist with financial documentation and compliance projects.

Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary with a pay range of $33.65 to $36.06 per hour, along with opportunities for growth in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
