Responsibilities

• Prepare cash journal entry as part of close process.
• Review credit card fee statements and prepare entries to record expense.
• Complete various intercompany related activity in Intacct accounting system.
• Assist with annual budget and annual audit process.
• Perform ad hoc requests and reports.
• Own the treasury function.

Job description

The Staff Accountant reports to the Corporate Controller and performs general accounting duties, prepares reconciliations and journal entries, participates in the financial close process, and has a focus on cash reconciliation across each individual Crew location. This role is on-site, 5 days per week in Fishers, IN.
