Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger and manage payables/receivables across multiple companies.
• Perform reconciliations for P&L, balance sheet and fixed assets.
• Support month-end close, audits, and financial reporting.

Senior Accountant Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills with great attention to detail
• Solid grasp of GAAP principles
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines

Senior Accountant (advanced)

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting experience, public accounting preferred
• CPA designation highly preferred
• Proven ability to manage complex reconciliations and projects independently

Senior Accountant Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate general ledger, manage accounts payable/receivable, and ensure proper documentation across multiple companies
• Perform reconciliations for P&L, balance sheet, bank accounts, and fixed assets
• Execute month-end close procedures and support audits and financial reporting
• Prepare various financial reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making
• For Senior levy.el: lead complex problem-solving, oversee integrations and acquisitions, strengthen internal controls, and provide technical guidance to the accounting team
