Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Staff and Junior Accountants to join our growing finance team. This role is responsible for supporting key accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations, and the month-end close process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP), an analytical mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. In this role, you will handle tasks such as preparing account reconciliations, supporting internal and external audits, and helping produce financial reports. You’ll also ensure proper documentation of transactions and compliance with internal controls. Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts

• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures

Qualifications
