TriHire Solutions, a startup biotech in Burlington, MA, is seeking a Staff Accountant to join a fast-growing team. The role focuses on core accounting duties, month-end close, reconciliations, and supporting audits in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related fields with 1–2 years of accounting experience and a strong eye for detail. This is a full-time, on-site position within a rapidly evolving company.

Mansioni

• Prepare journal entries as part of the general accounting process.
• Assist with month-end close including balance sheet reconciliations and P&L accounts.
• Prepare supporting account reconciliations for multiple divisions.
• Oversee Accounts Payable processes.
• Oversee payroll duties.
• Handle fixed asset accounting.
• Support external financial statement audits and other audit requests.
• Provide ad hoc project support to Finance and Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the general accounting process by preparing journal entries
• Assist with the month-end close process which includes preparing balance sheet reconciliations and P&L accounts
• Prepare supporting account reconciliations for multiple divisions
• Oversee Accounts Payable processes
• Oversee payroll duties
• Responsible for fixed asset accounting
• Support with external financial statement audit and other audit requests
• Ad hoc project support to both Finance and Accounting functions

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Accounting, Finance, or related field)
• 1-2 years' experience in accounting
