Job summary

HRB, a high-growth public company, seeks a Staff Accountant to join its expanding accounting organization. You will work alongside experienced accounting leadership and contribute across month-end close, financial reporting support, reconciliations, accruals, and process improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1-3 years of accounting experience.
• Public accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Audit or assurance experience highly desirable.
• CPA eligible or actively pursuing CPA certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
