Income Research + Management (IR+M) in Boston seeks a Staff Accountant, Finance (Accounts Payable) to support expense reimbursements, corporate card administration, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. You will work with the Assistant Controller and Finance team to strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements.

The Staff Accountant will support a broad range of accounting and finance activities, including employee expense reimbursements, corporate card administration, month-end close responsibilities, reconciliations, and financial reporting support. This individual will work closely with the Assistant Controller and Finance team to maintain strong internal controls, improve operational efficiency, and support ongoing system and process enhancement initiatives.

This role is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus
