Income Research Management in Boston, MA, is seeking a Staff Accountant (Accounts Payable) to support expense reimbursements, corporate card administration, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Sage Intacct and corporate card platforms (Concur or Ramp).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1-3 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Experience with Sage Intacct preferred.
• Experience with expense management or corporate card platforms (Concur or Ramp preferred).

Responsibilities

• Review and process employee expense reports in accordance with firm policies.
• Administer corporate card programs and reconcile card activity.
• Perform account reconciliations and support month-end close processes.
• Assist with preparation of financial reports and management analyses.
