Job summary

Highspring LLC (d/b/a Vaco by Highspring) is seeking a Staff Accountant in a hybrid role in Mount Laurel, NJ to blend traditional accounting with broader finance and analytical support.

The successful candidate will maintain the general ledger, post journal entries, assist with month-end close, budgeting and forecasting, and provide financial analysis to the Manager of Strategy & Finance in a flexible hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in a Staff Accountant or similar accounting role.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze financial information and identify discrepancies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Staff Accountant - Hybrid

We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join a growing team in a role that combines traditional accounting responsibilities with broader finance and analytical support. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working across both the accounting and finance functions and wants exposure beyond day-to-day transactional accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the general ledger, including journal entries and account reconciliations
