Procore Technologies is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the design, evaluation, and deployment of our production photogrammetry pipeline, driving scalable 3D reconstruction systems for the Core CV team.

You will mentor engineers, establish production observability standards, and collaborate with cross-functional partners across Bay Area or Austin to ship fast, robust 3D solutions that meet real-world customer needs and scale with enterprise workloads.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience building, shipping, and operating 3D Computer Vision or 3D Machine Learning systems in production.
• Proficiency in core 3D perception domains (SfM, MVS, SLAM, mesh texturing, depth estimation).
• Experience setting technical direction and mentoring engineers; interest in people management.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design, evaluation, and deployment of the production photogrammetry pipeline, including SfM, MVS, and mesh reconstruction.
• Drive integration and evaluation of emerging 3D reconstruction approaches while ensuring performance at scale.
• Optimize 3D systems for speed, accuracy, and robustness across high-volume workloads.
• Own end-to-end investigations from triage to production rollout and maintenance.
• Set the technical bar through reviews, architecture guidance, and observability standards.
