Job summary

Procore Technologies is expanding its Aerial team within the reality capture platform. We are seeking a leader who can drive large, business-critical initiatives, align product roadmaps with customer outcomes, and push for measurable impact across web, backend, and cloud systems.

You will own the Aerial experience end-to-end, partner with Product to shape the roadmap, and stay hands-on with PRs and prototypes to ensure quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years engineering experience with 5+ years in people leadership.
• Hands-on coding and software architecture experience across web/backend/cloud.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, multi-quarter programs with clear metrics.
• Experience applying AI to product development and team workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Aerial team to deliver large, business-critical initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Grow engineers into technical leaders and focus on high-impact problems.
• Drive AI-forward development practices and create AI-heavy pods for planning, prototyping, and shipping.
• Own the Aerial customer experience end-to-end in partnership with Product.
