Job summary

Procore Technologies is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead our core photogrammetry pipeline. You will design and deploy 3D reconstruction systems, mentor engineers, and shape production standards. The role reports to the Director of Computer Vision and can be based in Bay Area, CA or Austin, TX.

You will work across SfM, MVS, and mesh reconstruction, balancing classical and learned approaches to solve real-world construction challenges at scale and with high reliability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience building, shipping, and operating 3D Computer Vision or 3D Machine Learning systems in production.
• Experience with 3D perception domains (SfM, MVS, SLAM, mesh texturing).
• Proficient in C++ for performance-critical execution and fluent in ML frameworks and cloud infra.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, evaluation, and deployment of production photogrammetry pipeline.
• Drive integration of new 3D reconstruction approaches ensuring high performance at scale.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to production observability standards.
