Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a 3D Electrical Staff Designer to join our Data Center Mission Critical Group. You will create and refine detailed AutoCAD and REVIT drawings, perform site walkdowns, and collaborate with engineers while mentoring junior designers.

We require 2D/3D design proficiency (AutoCAD, Revit; BIM360 preferred), knowledge of electrical design codes, and the ability to travel 10–15%. Some roles may be performed remotely within the U.S.; apply to join a diverse engineering

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field with 1 year of design experience, or
Associates degree with 6+ years, or 10 years of design experience overall.
Proficient in 2D and 3D design software; AutoCAD and Revit required; BIM360 preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication; safety and codes knowledge.
Travel up to 10–15% of the time; project needs may vary.

Responsibilities

Create/modify detailed drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT; develop REVIT families.
Perform site walkdowns and generate walkdown reports; collaborate with engineers.
Review drawings, mentor junior designers, and conduct peer checks.
Follow safety policies, procedures, and client design standards.
Meet time goals for position and discipline; ensure design quality.
