Job summary

ENERCON Services, Inc. seeks a 3D Electrical Staff Designer to join our team in a U.S. office. You will craft detailed 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT, perform site walkdowns, and collaborate closely with engineers on diverse projects.

You will mentor junior designers, uphold safety and quality standards, and contribute to BIM workflows across multiple disciplines, with active coordination and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field with a minimum of 1 year of design engineering experience
• OR Associates Degree in related field with minimum 6 years of design engineering experience
• OR minimum of 10 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Create and modify detailed engineering drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT; develop REVIT families and integrate into designs
• Perform client site walkdowns and generate walkdown reports; collaborate with engineers and other designers
• Conduct self-checks of drawings and data; mentor junior designers and ensure internal communication and organization
• Understand and follow safety policies and client procedures; ensure quality and efficiency in design work
• Meet time goals for position and discipline and support design reviews and collaborations
