Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a 3D Electrical Staff Designer to join our Data Center Mission Critical Group in the United States. You will design using AutoCAD and REVIT, create and modify 3D BIM models, perform site walkdowns, and collaborate closely with engineers on diverse projects.

This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members. You will work with BIM tools, adhere to safety standards, and contribute to high-quality drawings

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field with 1+ year of design engineering experience OR
Associate degree in a related field with 6+ years of design engineering experience OR
10+ years of experience in design engineering

Responsibilities

Create and modify detailed engineering drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT; develop REVIT families and integrate into designs; perform internal reviews and clash detection using NAVISWORK or REVIT.
Conduct client walkdowns at sites and generate walkdown reports; collaborate with engineers and other designers on design concepts.
Provide self-checks of drawings; mentor junior designers and potentially review others' work; communicate with engineers and designers and stay organized.
Adhere to safety policies and procedures; follow organizational and client design standards.
Meet time goals and manage workload effectively.
