Job summary

Ruoff Mortgage Stadium is seeking a Ticketing Representative to deliver exceptional service at the Ticket Office during events. You will assist guests with ticket purchases, answer questions, and resolve issues to ensure a welcoming experience.

Responsibilities include processing walk-up sales, operating ticketing software, handling payments, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a ticket office or customer-facing role.
• Experience with sports teams or venues is a plus.
• Experience handling cash and operating POS systems desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to fans at the stadium ticket office.
• Process walk-up ticket sales during events with accurate transactions.
• Operate ticketing software to sell tickets for diverse events.
• Provide event information and respond to inquiries in person or by phone.
• Handle cash, credit, and other accepted payment methods with accuracy.
• Address ticket-related issues promptly to maintain a positive guest experience.
• Participate in stadium emergency procedures and know the venue layout.
• Collaborate with Guest Services and support other duties as assigned.
• Assist Director of Ticketing and Ticket Lead with additional tasks as needed.
