Job summary

Proof of the Pudding is seeking a Premium Manager to lead the team and logistics of premium operations at a RoughRiders Stadium in Frisco, TX. The role focuses on supervising day-to-day planning and event day execution for premium areas and third-party partners.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in large-scale premium operations and is a hands-on leader focused on team development. Location is Frisco, with on-site duties at the stadium.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in Food & Beverage Operations or premium venues.
• Must live near or be willing to relocate to Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day duties to ensure flawless event execution.
• Coordinate communication between Proof of the Pudding and clients.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Forecast budgets, monitor expenditures, and analyze variances.
• Develop leadership within managers and hourly staff.
• Create BEOs, manage contracts, and forecast prices for events.
• Ensure timely deposits, invoicing, and revenue collection.
• Lead event setup to breakdown and provide hands-on management.
