Proof of the Pudding is seeking a knowledgeable Director of Premium to oversee catering operations and premium hospitality suites at major events in Austin, TX. You will lead planning, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up, ensuring top quality service, client satisfaction, and budget adherence.

The role requires 4+ years in food & beverage leadership within high-volume settings, with strong leadership, budgeting, and operational acumen.

Formación

• 4+ years of Food & Beverage Leadership experience in live entertainment or high-volume catering.
• Experience with raceways, stadiums, or large events is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with BEO software and Caterease.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee planning, execution, and performance of catering operations and standards.
• Develop leadership teams and mentor managers and staff.
• Lead event teams, manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L tracking.
• Coordinate purchasing, vendor communications, and equipment logistics.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance across venues.
